Do you provide child car seats for families?
Yes. Child seats may be requested when booking for families traveling from Summit, Short Hills,
Berkeley Heights, New Providence, and nearby New Jersey towns. Please request the seat type you need
when booking so dispatch can prepare the correct option.
Are chargers and bottled water included?
Complimentary bottled water and charging access may be available in executive vehicles. Wi-Fi may be available
in select SUVs and Sprinter vans upon request, especially for airport transfers, corporate travel, and longer rides.
How do you help coordinate on-time airport pickups?
Airport pickups are coordinated around flight status, traffic conditions, pickup timing, luggage needs,
and airport instructions. Whether your flight is early or delayed, dispatch helps adjust pickup details when possible.
