Tell us your preferred vehicle, passenger count and luggage when booking so we can confirm the fit. A seat count does not guarantee room for that many passengers with full-size luggage.

Rear-facing infant seat

An infant carrier and base. Ask us to confirm the seat’s limits and fit for your child.

Rear-facing convertible seat

A rear-facing child-seat option, subject to the seat’s size limits and vehicle fit.

Forward-facing harness seat

A seat with an internal harness. Confirm suitability using the manufacturer’s limits.

Backless booster

A booster that positions the vehicle seat belt. Confirm your child is ready for this type.

What to tell us when booking

Share each child’s age, height and weight, the number of seats needed, total passengers, bags and stroller size. Confirm the seat type, vehicle fit and any additional charges. For a round trip, include the seat request for both journeys.

Complimentary bottled water and charging access are available in most vehicles. Charging connections vary. Wi-Fi may be available in select SUVs and Sprinter vans upon request; confirm any feature you need when booking.

Which vehicle should I choose for my trip?

A sedan can suit solo travelers or couples with light luggage. A larger SUV can suit families and extra bags, while a Sprinter is an option for groups. Compare the listed capacities, then confirm the assigned vehicle against your passengers, luggage and child-seat needs.

Can all seats be used when we have luggage?

Not always. The usable seating and luggage arrangement depends on the specific vehicle, bag sizes, stroller and child seats. Share these details when booking; the listed passenger maximum is not a promise of space for a full group plus full-size luggage.

Can I request a specific vehicle model?

Tell us your preferred model or vehicle class when booking. The pictured models are representative, and a comparable vehicle may be assigned. Confirm the available model, seating and any essential features with our team before travel.

Which child car seats can I request?

You can request a rear-facing infant seat, a rear-facing convertible seat, a forward-facing harness seat or a booster. Share each child’s age, height and weight, the number of seats needed, passengers, bags and stroller size. The supplied model, suitability, availability and any charges must be confirmed. Include the request for both journeys of a round trip.

Our driver, Malik, was on time for both trips, extremely professional, and made the entire process effortless. He picked us up in a Cadillac Escalade that was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Malik is a very safe driver and genuinely personable, which made us feel completely comfortable having him transport our family.
