Early/Late Pickup Surcharge
Rides scheduled between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM will incur a surcharge of $10.00 to $30.00, depending on the time and location.
Additional Stops
A minimum charge of $15.00 will be applied for each additional stop, based on distance and time.
Airport Waiting Time
- Domestic arrivals: 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
- International arrivals: 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
- Waiting time beyond these limits will be billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle’s hourly rate.
Additional Fees
All rides are subject to applicable gratuity, round-trip tolls, parking fees, and any other associated costs.
Passenger Responsibility
- Passengers are liable for any damages caused to the vehicle during the service.
- A $250.00 fee will be charged for cleaning due to spills, vomit, or excessive mess.
Wait & Return / Scheduled Pickups
For scheduled pickups, a 10-minute grace period is provided. After this, waiting time will be charged in 15-minute increments, with rates varying based on the vehicle.
Payment Policy
- Clients have the option to pay either before or after the service is completed.
- All credit card payments will incur a 4% processing fee.
Stretch Limousine Service Policy
- A 50% deposit is required to reserve a limousine service.
- There is a minimum booking requirement of 5 hours for all limousine reservations.
- All limousine credit card payments will incur a 5% processing fee.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- For Sedans and SUVs, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid fees.
- For Limousines, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled pickup time.
- A no-show fee, equal to the base fare plus any applicable waiting time, will be charged if the passenger is not present at the pickup location and no contact is made. Please call the provided number if you are unable to locate your driver.
Deposits
- For limousine and larger passenger vehicles, a 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation. All deposits for these vehicles are non-refundable.
- For Sedans and SUVs, deposits are refundable; however, a 10% fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms based on market conditions, reservation details, or vehicle availability. Any changes confirmed at the time of reservation will supersede the terms outlined here.
